Our extensive range of modular buildings are ideal for creating either permanent or temporary office space . Our modular buildings are available from 25m² to the configuration that you require. For further flexibility our internal layouts are designed to your requirements.

When choosing a modular building we can help you equip the building with all the required accessories in order to create a quality environment, our services include office furniture, climate control systems, burglar and fire alarms, portable toilets and access systems.

We offer fully insulated temporary offices to our clients and with constant development of our structures we now offer the following options:

• Thermoroof – Preventing condensation and reducing your overall energy costs. It has been designed to withstand Snowloads to 75kg per m²
• The thermoroof is designed to provide translucent light to the structure or a blackout roof if required
• The K Value of the thermoroof is 1.6W (m²K)
• Windows
• Pedestrian Lockable Doors
• Our walls are insulated sandwich panels that are 40mm thick
• The K-value is 0.58 W / (m²K) and these are installed horizontally or vertically depending on your requirements
• Wind Loading is 100kph
